Avvicinarsi ad un'opera d'arte
è come avvicinarsi ad un piatto di cucina:
prima si notano
la composizione e i colori,
poi il profumo,
poi la consistenza
ed infine il gusto;
sono quattro i sensi impegnati
nella sua degustazione.

In un'opera pittorica
sembrerebbe solo la vista
ad essere coinvolta alla sua percezione,
mentre in realtà questa è solo un mezzo
per farci accedere ad altre sensazioni.
