AUTOCERTIFICAZIONE E DICHIARAZIONE DI AUTENTICITA' DELLE MIE OPERE !

Certification of Authenticity of my works shall be implemented by the author Author using a photo of myself holding in my hands the work, which under, over or on the back shows the declaration of authenticity, written by my own hand that the work I have made the same and that is AUTHENTIC, including linear stamp sealed by NAME - LAST NAME - ADDRESS - TITLE, PHONE and E-MAIL, together with the round with central star and the word TRUE, all supported by handwritten signature or initials.

Beside the photo shows an example of the Certificate of Authenticity with Photo of the personal capital that is already attached to the back of the work or attached to a sculpture in the form of folding. Thanks for your kind visit ...

La certificazione di Autenticità delle mie opere è posta in essere dallo scrivente Autore mediante una foto del sottoscritto che tiene tra le mani l'opera, la quale sotto, sopra o sul retro riporta la dichiarazione di Autenticità, scritta di mio pugno che l'opera medesima l'ho io realizzata e che è AUTENTICA, suggellata da timbro lineare comprensivo di NOME - COGNOME - INDIRIZZO - QUALIFICA, TELEFONO e E-MAIL, corredato del tondo con stella centrale e scritta AUTENTICO, il tutto suffragato da firma o sigla autografa.

Di fianco la foto riporta un esempio del Certificato di Autenticità personale con FOTO del sottoscritto che è già fissata sul retro dell'opera o allegata ad una scultura sottoforma di pieghevole. Grazie per la gradita visita... mario enrico d'Ippolito - medarts creativo
